Processing

  • We pick, pack & hand all orders off to our carriers within 1 business day (M–F).
  • Place your order by 1 PM MT for same-day shipping.

Domestic (Canada)

  • Standard (Canada Post Expedited): 4–7 business days • CAD 9.95 flat • FREE on orders over CAD 75
  • Express (Purolator / FedEx): 1–3 business days • calculated at checkout

United States

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days • CAD 18.95 flat (plus duties/taxes)
  • Express International: 3–6 business days • carrier rates calculated at checkout

Other Countries

  • Delivery: 10–20 business days • rates & import fees calculated at checkout
  • Note: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.

B2B Bulk Orders

  • Free ground freight on orders over CAD 1,000 (continental Canada)
  • Custom quotes available for large or specialized shipments—email sales@flaves.ca

Order Tracking & Delays

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships—please allow 24 hrs for updates.
  • For delays due to weather, peak seasons or customs, contact shipping@flaves.ca with your order number.

Address Changes

  • To update a shipping address, notify us within 1 hour of placing your order—after that, we may not be able to intercept it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Report within 7 days of the expected delivery date to support@flaves.ca. We’ll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
