Dave’s Flaves Return Policy
1. Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused flavour extracts purchased directly from Dave’s Flaves within 30 days of delivery.
- For B2B bulk orders, please notify us within 15 days of receipt to arrange returns or credit.
2. Condition of Products
- Items must be in their original packaging, seals intact, with all labels legible.
- We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used bottles, for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Samples and promotional items
- Custom-flavour blends or private-label orders
4. Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email returns@flaves.ca with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
- Receive RMA: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship Back: Securely pack your items, include the RMA on the outside of the box, and ship to:
- Inspection & Credit: After we inspect the returned goods, we’ll issue a refund (minus any original shipping fees) or a credit toward a replacement order.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (different flavour or bottle size), let us know when you request your RMA. We’ll ship the replacement once we’ve received your original items.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, please email support@flaves.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We’ll expedite a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
7. International Orders
- International returns must comply with local customs regulations. Buyers are responsible for return shipping duties and taxes.
- Refunds for international returns will exclude original shipping, duties, and taxes.
